All items are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out for delivery — hence, all sales are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In the rare event that the purchased product is defective/faulty, please inform us no more than 3 days upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, it must meet the following critieria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must have no scratches/dents/damages
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Item must be returned along with its accessories and freebies
- For clothing and footwear, we can accomodate exchange of sizes

We will review the case and if the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please DO NOT ship the product without an approval from us. Voided returns will be shipped back to the customer at his or her expense.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the shipping fee of the replacement.
All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we can refund or provide you with store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.
Items Damaged During Shipping
Items damaged during shipping will not be eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet the requirements of the terms above.
